If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. This is a mostly a problem for Gmail users.
Please do the following if you have the spam problem.
Gmail’s filters allow you to manage the flow of incoming messages. Using filters, you can automatically label, archive, delete, star, or forward your mail, even keep it out of Spam.
To edit or delete existing filters
- Click the gear in the top right.
- Select Settings.
- Click the Filters tab.
- Click on create new filter
- Add [email protected] to the box “From”
- click on never send to spam
- click on create filter.
